First Post

Well, I took my title from Isaiah 42:3 - a bruised reed He shall not break and a smoking flax He shall not quench, also a book from the great Puritan Richard Sibbes. I suppose this verse and book glorify the rich mercy of our God. He is the merciful One! I hope that my blog will glorify our God who is rich in mercy, and perhaps provide some thought and discussion on the Gospel, God-Centeredness and Life. I hope to be one who recognizes - I am bruised and smoking, and in need of Christ tender mercies. Much love! J
